this 186 Bed Skilled Nursing Facility. This facility has gone thru a multi-million dollar remodel and now
offers a brand new therapy room and gym with all new therapy equipment, OT Kitchen, bathroom and
Laundry area, private therapy treatment rooms, therapy offices and so much more. You will be working
with a multi-disciplinary therapy department that offers sub acute in patient and out patient therapy to a
variety of patients with conditions such as hip fractures, neurological, Alzheimer’s and or orthopedic.

* Possess a current PTA license from any State (not necessary to obtain a North Carolina license)
* Have worked a minimum of 1 year in the past 3 years as a Physical Therapist Assistant in an Orthopedic or Sports Rehab clinic
* Have accumulated a minimum of 16 continuing education credits related to Therapeutic exercise within the past three years. Other job related information:* Compensation for the position is $26.99/hr ($56,100/gross annual)
* Work schedule will be Monday – Friday, 9 hrs with an uncompensated 60 minute meal break
* 5 weeks of paid time off is accrued at 8 hrs per two week pay period
