Advertising Discounts
5% discount if advertise in two issues in the calendar year;
10% discount if advertise in three issues in the calendar year.
Payment sent in advance, each issue is fully refundable if ad needs to be cancelled.
Advertising Requirements
All advertisements must be provided to MAPTA camera-ready in the form of an Adobe Acrobat PDF file on CD or as a positive (black, or degrees of black, on photo white paper) and must comply with advertising dimensions specified for the publication. If you are using plain paper for ad copy, please provide one copy per issue of your ad. Pre-payment is required on all advertising.
Ads that do not meet size specifications will be modified to comply with requirements. Advertisers providing copy that is not camera ready will be assessed an additional fee for setup.
