David Musnick MD is board certified in Internal Medicine and Sports Medicine. He maintains a practice of Orthopedic Medicine, Functional Medicine and Pain Management in Bellevue, WA.. He has completed level 3 Physical therapy training from NAIOMT and is a physician examiner for NAIOMT. He is on the faculty of Orthopedics and Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Washington Medical School. He is the author of Conditioning for Outdoor Fitness: Functional Exercise and Nutrition for Every Body second edition 2004 as well as numerous chapters in Physical Therapy and Medical Texts. He teaches physicians and physical therapists from grand rounds to 3 day seminars on topics in Orthopedics, Physical Therapy, Nutrition and Pain Management.
